Weight Loss...It's easy when your ready...REALLY!!
Most people go into weight loss, with the mind that if they diet and exercise they will lose weight...they are correct, however after 2 weeks of greens and Killing yourself on a some dudes INSANE 2 -12 minute work out!!! we will quit.
Heres what happened to me and how I lost my wight.... I weighed myself monday.. 203...then saterday..208.. jeez must be water...ok next saterday...213... damn I need to do something... Counting calories... this seems easy enough. so how many? An active male, at 213... 5'6".... hmm... so much info and not a lot of it is the same. I Came across a Girl who said she took her weight Times 7, and this total, was the amount of calories she needed to loose weight(said they use that on biggest looser not sure as I don't watch the show) So here I was going to start monday on my new plan...The Timmy Plan I called it...
I go to work around 3 am and get off at 2 pm.. most of my day is at work, so I had to find something to fit my day
Breakfast : 2:30 - 3:00am...Special K Protein meal bar (my favorite is peanut butter) ..... 180 calories
Snack 1 : 4:30 - 5:00am...Special K Cereal bar (I like the ones with the pretzel in it) .... 90
Snack 2 : 6:30 - 7:00am...Special K Protein snack bar (back to the peanut butter for me)120
Snack 3 : 8:30 - 9:00am...Special K Cereal bar...............................................................90
Lunch 11:00 - 12:00am Special K Protein meal bar............................................ ..... 180
TOTAL ... 660
Ok I'm usually a little over this cause somewhere along the line I snack on another 90 cal cereal bar, or an apple...Also It looks like I'm into the Special K stuff alot, I was liking some of the Slim fast stuff intill they went to the 1.2.3. step plan. they killed some good food when they removed the normal line... also Instead of 90 cal Special K I would thro a rice krispy treat in once and awhile, also a Fiber Plus bar tastes great in place of the protein snack bars...(CAREFULLY EASE INTO A FIBER BAR IF YOU CHOOSE)
My dinners... 2 Ball park tukey fat free Turkey hot dogs (45 cal each) with one hot dog roll is about 200 (more or less depending on the roll)
... Pita or Flat hamburger rolls(new in bread isle) With 1 Tablespoon of pizza sauce on each and 1 slice of White american cheese on each 1/2 of the roll This made 2 mini/micro pizzas for approx 360 cal for both slices.
What I'm eating and what I eat everday is in part because I'm the most picky eater in the world... I only like 20 or so different foods. I love just about all Fruits, and eat apples in my diet when I remember to buy 'em. I also didn't do any exercise until about 165lbs, I just didn't have the want to look better when I was so heavy. also any real activity was very tiring. Now all I want to do is look better, I feel 1000 times better and feel like a Girly Girl looking for fancy clothes all time.
So when I started I allowed myself 1400 calories a day. this meant I could have some extra after dinner, the best part about what I did, was thats all I read, no fat content ect... just calories simple and effective...
I started my Timmy Diet on In Augest 2009. It's now March 2010.. heres some photos!!!
